In 1979, Richard Kent Alderfer established Alderfer’s Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service in Stephenville, Texas. Richard was a visionary; inspired to adapt with the newest industry advancements. Richard is remembered as a selfless, industrious leader and his clients are still sharing their memories of him to this day.

Employed by the company, Zachary Ward, acquires ownership of the business and continues operations under Alderfer Air Conditioning Inc. With over 25 years of experience, Zac persists in maintaining the legacy of Richard Alderfer, in addition to constructing his own. His mission is to continue to serve Erath county and the surrounding areas and guide the future generation of HVAC professionals.
